Level Pre-1 (Beginner) 3-4 years

Water Adjustment

Objective: To introduce young swimmers to their first swimming experience.
Main Skills: Water entry/exit, bubbles, beginning kick and arm stroke.

Level 1 (Beginner) 4-5 years

Intro to Water Skills

Objective: To help young swimmers feel comfortable in the water.
Main Skills: Submerge face, assisted front and back float kick. Alternating arm action.

Level Pre-2 (Advanced Beginner)

Intro to Fundamental Aquatic Skills

Objective: To introduce swimmers to independent swimming
Main Skills: Front/back float glide, alternating arms, kick finning stroke on back.

Level 2

Fundamental Aquatic Skills Endurance

Objective: To build endurance on fundamental skills
Main Skills: Breath control, back finning, front/back float, glide treading water.

Level 3

Stroke Development

Objective: To build endurance and fundamental skills
Main skills: Front crawl w/rotary breathing, survival float, elementary backstroke, treading water 4 types of kicking.

Level 4

Stroke Improvement

Objective: To build endurance and confidence in swim skills.
Main skills: Front/back crawl, breaststroke, sidestroke, butterfly kicking for all strokes.

Level 5

Stroke Refinement

Objective: To coordinate refine all strokes
Mains skills: Front back crawl, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, sidestroke – extending yardage.

Level 6

Fitness Swimmer

Objective: Endurance skill building
Main skills: Increase endurance – all strokes. Open flip turns, underwater pull and swim workout elements
