The Anchor is the Bay Port High School yearbook published by Jostens. Our yearbooks include a full year of events including graduation. Therefore, the last deadline is in June and the distribution to students occurs during Open House in August. *Autograph pages are available and distributed in May, before school ends, so friends can get signatures. |

Did You Know? Publications is a Class! Throughout the year, students learn journalistic writing skills, photography techniques, layout design, graphic design, and computer expertise. As students produce the yearbook, they also learn how to work as a team and meet deadlines. Required readings include excerpts from Scholastic Yearbook Fundamentals and The Radical Write. Interested students must complete an application and speak to Student Services and Mrs. Quinn in January. |
